I learned from documentaries to observe and listen intently and this has carried over into my training. I make sure to understand why and what you want to achieve, so I can map out a plan to get you there.

INSPIRATION

I constantly study movement and am inspired by multiple schools of thought: from weight training to yoga, gymnastics, and Pilates. I meld these different disciplines into a multi-faceted training approach that helps you build a supple, well-rounded, and healthy body.

Quality of movement is essential to training safely and effectively. You will learn perfect form for optimal results and longevity.

 

EMPOWER

Stability, mobility, balance, agility, strength, and power. These qualities are innate, and important in all stages of life. You need strength to pick up your grandchild or move a piece of furniture. You use balance on a crowded subway car or riding a wave with your surf board. You catch yourself from falling on a patch of ice using agility. Empower yourself to do what your body is truly capable of.

 

TEACH

Training to me is about teaching people to move well, giving them confidence in their bodies, and taking ownership of their health. Master movement skills that will serve you every day for a lifetime.
